It's a new recipe in medical medium, new edition, revised and expanded.
Get that on Amazon.
So I'm going to be making that and talking about some cool things.
Want to answer questions to the food questions if you guys got or anything like that.
I'm going to try to make it look like this is what I'm going to try to do.
I'm hoping I can get it look like it's going to be fun.
I got my red bell peppers right here.
I'm just going to give you a quick rundown before we talk about some cool stuff.
I got my red cabbage right here.
Look how beautiful that is.
Isn't that incredible?
Avocados.
How do you like that?
I got two nice Haas avocados right here.
I know you guys love avocados.
What about mangoes?
I got two nice mangoes right here.
Glad you guys are here
because we're going to have some fun.
We're going to make the red cabbage tacos
with mango ginger sauce in the new book.
So if you just got on here,
If you guys haven't like ordered this yet, this book is packed.
I haven't even talked about how much is really in this book.
It's not just the 45 recipes, which is incredible.
And the 28 day cleanse in here and how I expanded everything.
It's even more than that.
This thing is so jamming.
Anyway, I'm going to try to recreate this for you guys right now.
So glad you're coming on.
I'm excited to see you guys.
Looks good.
Doesn't it?
All this, isn't it great?
I got some dates on here.
I got some limes.
This is part of the recipe. I got a nice, beautiful piece of ginger right here too.
Sharon, fat-free version. Just hold off the avocado in this one. So just hold off the avocado.
I'm going to put a little bit, some slivers of avocado in this dish. And you can hold off the
avocado if you want. Absolutely. That's perfectly fine. So it's because it's got the mangoes. It's
going to taste really good. And it's got the mangoes in here. You made the strawberry,
Linda, you made the strawberry banana. Incredible. The strawberry banana salad. I'm really glad you
liked it. Yeah, it's colorful. Isn't it, Nancy? I mean, there's a lot of incredible colors.
And we got the tomatoes too. I forgot to mention that. What about the red onion?
Just love the red onion as well. That's really fun. So you need the avocado in there. I just
saw that. Anthony, can strep feed other bacteria or make them grow? Strep won't feed other
bacterias, but streps, they're really annoying because they get, they get antibiotic resistant
over the years. If you've had antibiotics for something like for coughs or ear infections as
a child or for strep throat and the strep gets immune to the antibiotics and then it becomes
SIBO later, it becomes acne, becomes acne and it becomes SIBO. That's what the strep does.
And, um, I talked about the strep protocol in cleanse to heal right here and certain
supplementation. I noticed last time I was on, I was talking about different supplements and stuff
and people go, wait a minute, he's talking about supplements. Well, yeah, the right kind help you
heal when you know what to do with them, when you know what they're for, the right protocols.
You guys are coming on. I just want to give you a rundown. Everybody's coming on here.
If you haven't gotten the medical medium new edition, if you haven't ordered it on Amazon,
it's the revised and expanded. You're missing out. Make sure you get an order in, okay? Or just
wait until the book's out and go to the library and get it for free out of the library. So you
can take it out of the library if you want. You can do that as well. I'm making the red cabbage
tacos. That's what I'm doing. Description is in the link. So about the book, okay, medical medium.
So, and so that's the, that's the new edition. So link is in the description. That's what I mean.
All right, you guys. So I'm going to start making this, talk about some other stuff. You know,
I just want to, I thought about something, you know, the whole moderation thing, right? Like
eat in moderation, have a little red wine in moderation, right? Have, you know, some chocolate
cake in moderation, maybe something else in moderation, whatever people do. It's all, hey,
moderation, or you're eating lots of meat. Sometimes it's in moderation or eating lots of
chicken. It's in moderation, right? So you hear that all the time. Hey, it's okay. Just do it in
moderation. You know, that's all. I'm having some bacon and eggs and some toast. It's moderation.
You can do it there, right? You hear about having some cheese. Just have the cheese in moderation.
If you do the moderation thing, you're okay, right? Is that what you hear all the time out there?
You guys, you know, the whole bit. Dr. Fon, good to see you. MD, he's here. The moderation thing's
really confusing though, because what's moderation when you think about it? Is 10,000 chickens in 10
years, 15 years in your life or 20 years eating 10,000 chickens, is that really moderation?
10,000 eggs eating 8,000, 10,000, 12,000 eggs in 10 years or more, is that moderation? Because
I'm confused about the moderation thing. 10,000 chocolate bars in 20 years, is that moderation?
You know, what about coffee every single day? What about caffeine every day and coffee every day?
You're having coffee every single day. That's moderation. So 10,000, 20,000,
50,000 cups of coffee in a lifetime, 50,000 cups of coffee in 30 years,
5,000 cups of coffee in five years, depends on two cups a day or whatever. Is that moderation?
So I was trying to think about the moderation, but no one's eating 10,000 red bell peppers,
right? No one's eating 10,000 lemons. No one's doing that. No one's eating 10,000 tomatoes.
No one's having 15,000 mangoes, but they're having 10,000 chocolate bars.
So what the heck is this moderation BS here out there?
It's pretty funny.
I was listening, you know, I was listening to a doctor friend of mine.
He's like, you know what?
I just do it in moderation.
I'm like, really?
Like, what do you mean?
He's like, well, I have a chocolate bar.
I have like a half a chocolate bar every day.
It's in moderation.
And I'm scratching my head saying, well, there's 300, what, 365 days in a year.
I'm like, okay, how many years?
I was like, hey, I was like, how many years is that?
He's like, I do a half a chocolate bar every day.
I need it to get my fix.
I have to get, I have to get my fix.
It keeps me going in the middle of the day.
I said, I understand, I understand.
I said, it's your advice.
And I'm like, well, so how many years have you been doing it?
God, years and years.
I'm like, isn't that like, I don't know, like 12,000 chocolate bars or something so far?
and he goes, yeah, but it's moderation.
And I'm like, I'm confused.
12,000 chocolate bars?
I said, did you ever do 12,000 red bell peppers?
He said, no, I do red bell pepper maybe once a year.
I really don't have it too often.
I'm like, okay, well, are you doing 12,000 red cabbages?
Because I don't know what this whole moderation thing is.
And are you doing 12,000 mangoes?
And, you know, Michelle L said, ha ha, I had 10,000 potatoes last week.
You know, and it's like, so the moderation thing is really confusing and it's kind of a trick.
It's kind of a trick to like, I think, let people do things in a way that is going to hurt later on.
It's going to hurt later on.
So you're doing all the caffeine, doing all the coffee, you're doing all the chocolate, you're doing the cacao.
You're having cacao every day and your food and on your smoothies and on your meals and stuff and your breakfast.
And there's no such thing as moderation with that because, wow, that's cacao every single day, whether it's one way or another, whether it's in a different form or not.
And the moderation is just thrown out the window because as the years go by, it's the same thing with chicken.
It's like I tell people if you're into animal proteins, look, I'm not against animal protein.
I'm not against vegan diets either.
But I tell people, like, try not to have the chicken every single day.
It's like, well, I have to have chicken every day.
That's just someone to say, I have to have my chicken every single day.
It doesn't have the skin on it, you know, whatever.
It's healthier.
I go, it's still filled with fat, though.
It's still chicken fat all through the meat.
And I say, well, I have to have my chicken every day.
I'm like, okay, but I eat in moderation, you know?
And I'm like, okay, well, I'm confused because that's 10,000 chickens as the years go on.
And, oh, my God, that's 10,000 chickens.
Like, what?
and it's like, okay, well, but not 10,000 red cabbages, right? Not 10,000 red onions, right?
These beautiful red onions, not 10,000, you know, leaves of, or 20,000, 50,000, whatever you want,
10,000, not even 10,000 leaves of cilantro, red bell pepper, lemons, limes, right? 10,000 limes,
you know, and, but no, and, and that's the whole thing. So the moderation thing's a little scary
and it's like, okay, well, what about eggs?
Man, I know people, they do three to five eggs a day.
So they go on the egg.
They got the eggs going on every day.
They're doing two eggs.
They're doing three eggs every single day.
And then it's like two eggs a day.
That's 700 plus eggs a year.
And then times that by 15 years.
And you got a lot of eggs.
So anyway, the moderation thing is really kind of a,
it's kind of a little trickery there.
I just want to open your eyes to that if you guys,
But so, yeah, you know, Vivian's got a question.
No nightshades for people with RA.
Well, Vivian, the thing is with RA is science research doesn't know the cause of RA.
So and doctors don't know what causes RA unless they've read the books or anything.
And what you'll see in the medical medium book, the original and the new edition, here's the new edition,
that I'm not keeping you away from nightshades because nightshades aren't responsible for why you got RA or they don't cause RA problems.
They don't cause MS problems. They don't cause fibro problems. They don't cause CFS problems.
But they help heal RA.
So night sheets help heal RA.
But what you'll do is you'll hear information that's backwards
because it's coming from places that don't know why anyone has RA.
So first of all, knowing why we have RA, that's the key.
So why do we have RA? It's Epstein-Barr virus. I talk about it in here.
A lot of doctors know now because of the books, medical meeting books going out there.
And there's thousands of healing stories of people ridding themselves of the RA.
And guess what?
Potatoes were in there.
Red bell peppers were in there.
And it wasn't hurting anybody.
Anyway, you guys, making the red cabbage tacos.
Yeah.
I mean, right?
Right?
Cocoa Beanie, these red bell peppers look amazing, right?
Okay.
Okay, so let's start making this dish.
That's what we're going to do.
So I'm going to take the cabbage leaves first.
So what you do is you get a nice cabbage leaf off of here.
So that's what I'm going to do.
I'm going to cut the back of the cabbage leaf back here.
That's what I'm doing.
And I'm going to start with that.
I'm getting my taco shell is what I'm doing right now.
Yeah, Melissa says I have super high antibodies for Epstein bar.
I think you said you have RA. I think I saw that. And yeah, Epstein bar is the cause of RA.
Medical medium information. That's the taco shell right there. What do you guys think?
Right? I mean, do you guys do this? Do you take your red cabbage leaves and make them into like
little taco shells? So that's what I'm going to do here. I'm going to put a couple here.
so great everybody's coming on guys are in my kitchen this is fun to have you here i'm happy
i'm honored deeply honored you're on here and you're hanging out with me right now um
the zero says loving all your fun and creative recipes keep it up and then i see you put comments
on YouTube. And thank you. Thank you for the support and the love. So here's another one
right here. This one's a little bit. I'm going to do a couple. So what I do is so you don't
tear the leaf completely. You don't tear it and shred the leaf. What I like to do is
I like to cut it here at the base. So I'm just that's a tip that's really important
with these tacos. So I take the knife like this and I cut the leaf down at the base so that when
you peel the leaf down at the base, you're going to have a better chance not to injure your cabbage,
your cabbage leaf taco. So as you can see right here, see how it's down here. So this is a great
tip, you guys. It really is. And now I'm kind of peeling back that leaf carefully. And you know,
you're going to, if sometimes if you're like rushing it, you're going to run into trouble
and kind of tear it. But there you go. And I kind of did that with one of them. I rushed it just now.
Look at that. Perfect. And it came off like that because that's the way to do it. If you peel it
from the top, you're just going to tear it. You're just going to get in trouble. But that's a great
one. Um, Siri says Hashimoto's here and know your triggers for autoimmune disorders. Um,
the thing is with Hashimoto's
is Hashimoto's is caused by Epstein-Barr
RA is fibromyalgia CFS
those are caused by Epstein-Barr virus
and I wrote about it in the books
of how the Epstein-Barr virus
enters into the thyroid
inflames it
because it's the virus that's inflaming
it's not the body inflaming the thyroid
so it's a really important thing to know
because if you don't know that
you're going to think your body's causing the problem
you're going to think your body's
attacking itself or your body is hurting itself. And that's really rough, you know, because when
we think our body's turning against us, we get in trouble. Meanwhile, science research doesn't
know the cause of Hashimoto's. They are now linking Epstein-Barr to it because of the medical
medium books all these years getting out there. So, and, but once again, if nobody knows what
causes anything, the true causes out there, science research doesn't know, then how can
anybody give direction on what foods are problems or triggers or issues? Like how would they know?
But when you know, it helps because then you can eat foods that don't cause a problem. They're
anti-Epstein-Barr because that's what this dish is. It's really an anti-Epstein-Barr dish.
I'm going to take one more cabbage leaf, you guys. Okay. So I'm going to cut the back of it.
just one more. And like I said before is you want to carefully start with the back is what I'm doing.
And you kind of take it like, I mean, it's easy to just, there you go. And that's, that's the way
to do it. I'm replacing this one, which I tore. See, I rushed it and that's what can happen.
But these are just great. These are just awesome. So I'm going to move this one over.
So I got my little taco shells right here.
Let me see if I can show you guys.
There you go.
All right.
So now I'm going to dice up some tomatoes, medium tomato.
Here's an heirloom tomato.
See how it's got that color to it.
It's more orangey.
So this isn't an orange because you might be, you might think that's an orange orange
when I show it like that.
So I'm going to cut this, dice it up a little bit.
I don't know if you guys could see this.
This dish is a healing dish.
These are healing foods.
So all the things we do and we don't know they're bad for us, this dish and medical medium recipes counter that.
That's the point, right?
So it's like we go through life and we do all these things that are bad for us.
I'm going to give you a quick list.
Vinegar, man, really ages us fast.
Vinegar.
So we can do vinegar for a lot of years.
Back to that moderation thing.
How many gallons of vinegar do you do in 10, 15 years?
Right?
Talking about moderation, like how many gallons of vinegar?
It's amazing.
So when you think about that, right?
But vinegar is really bad for us, you guys, you know, and it's nobody's fault.
We get told everything's fine, right?
Whatever it is that you're doing, maybe you're doing some ice cream, some dairy products.
Dairy products aren't good for us.
They hurt us in so many ways because they feed all the pathogens in us.
So we do a lot of dairy.
We do a lot of vinegar.
Vinegar is the teeth dissolver.
So that's how we lose our teeth down the road quickly.
It's the gum destroyer, teeth dissolver.
That's what vinegar does.
Vinegar pulls minerals out of teeth is what it does.
So now you've got to get the implants.
Now you've got to get the root canals.
Now you've got to get the teeth drilled.
and then you get told apple cider vinegar it's so good for you make sure you take tablespoons of it
and man do you do the apple cider vinegar you're just dissolving your teeth dissolving your teeth
dissolving your teeth and then years down the road your teeth fall apart all of a sudden out of
nowhere fast because it finally is that last man it's that house of cards going on you've got a
whole whatever it is you've got a whole tier of cards someone takes a card out it all falls down
and you don't need it touching your teeth.
It can go into your stomach
and still pull minerals out of your teeth.
That's what vinegar does.
That's why vinegars are in cleaning supplies, you guys.
You guys, if you just got on here,
I'm making these beautiful cabbage tacos right here.
I'm talking about some cool information, okay?
Vinegar is in cleaning supplies
because that stuff corrodes.
It's corrosive, you know?
I saw a comment here.
tomatoes bother my joints. I have RA. So here's how it works. Like, so if you eat a fresh tomato,
right, a piece of fresh tomato, it's not on a pizza. It's not tomato sauce on something. It's
not tomato sauce on pasta. It's not, it's not in a, it's not in one of those ways. It's just a fresh,
ripe, say heirloom tomato, like the one I'm cutting up here. Okay. It's got medicine in it.
It's antiviral.
RA is caused by viruses.
When you go and kill off some of these viruses,
you might feel that because these viruses don't want to,
they don't want to get killed off.
They don't want to leave the body.
It's one thing too.
And healing foods like these can also push out all those neurotoxins
that the viruses create to give you RA.
Another thing too is,
did you have a tomato on the day you had dairy products?
You have milk, cheese, butter, eggs.
That's the RA Aiken Painter right there.
Dairy products, milk, cheese, butter, eggs, gluten.
Those are the ones right there.
If you had gluten a week ago, you can get an RA, bout of RA a week later from gluten a week ago.
And then you're eating a tomato that day and you think it's the tomato.
The tomato's on pizza.
If it's in tomato sauce, it could have bad oils, could have all kinds of stuff.
Go to a restaurant, that tomato is just one of many of the also bad things mixed up in there.
You could have canola oil in a salad with tomato.
And that canola oil is going to aggravate RA, not the tomato.
Tomato will take the blame because it gets the blame first anyway.
You got the canola oil.
You got the vinegars.
Vinegar is an RA irritator.
Vinegar, big time.
Caffeine is an RA irritator.
Chocolate, any kind of chocolate.
So if you're doing chocolate one week, you're going to get some bouts of RA on and off as you go along.
And yeah, you might be eating a tomato at the time.
Be like, it's that tomato.
But really, you had chocolate four days ago.
Coffee's another one for RA that's agitating.
Vinegar, like I said, nutritional yeast, big RA agitator.
So if you're doing nutritional yeast, you're going to aggravate your RA.
Eggs, big one right there.
If you had eggs last week, you're going to get a bout of RA eventually again.
And it might be on the day you have a little fresh tomato.
So just keep that in mind. Something happens there. Yeah. Chopping up some tomato pieces
right here. These are really pretty ones. Let me move this red onion over showing you
guys as I'm chopping up.
So what I'm doing here is you can put them straight into the shells. That's what I'm
going to do. I heard cabbage is not good for hypo. No, this misinformation.
about cruciferous vegetables.
That misinformation came out years ago
with people that don't know what causes hypothyroid.
So keep that in mind.
Look, look, hear me out for one second, okay?
This is just the way truth works.
How is anybody going to know,
anybody going to know,
what's bad or good for your hypothyroid
when they don't know why you have hypothyroid?
Leland, tell me, tell me.
Somebody tell me, how is someone going to know cruciferous is bad for anybody when they don't
know the cause of hypothyroid, hyperthyroid, Graves' disease, thyroid cancers, thyroid tumors,
and Hashimoto's thyroiditis? That's the problem right there. Meanwhile, the same people that will
tell you stay away from that red cabbage for your hypothyroid, the same people are going to tell you
to drink matcha tea, and they're going to say it's good for you. And they're going to say you can have
your cacao nibs, drink your matcha tea. You can have your coffee drinks. And that right there is
bad for your hypothyroid. That will help keep your hypothyroid around forever. And so happens,
maybe your hypothyroid gets a little better because you end up starting to eat healthy and
doing better things. And you're eating healthy and you're staying away from processed foods.
You're staying away from fried, greasy foods. You're getting advice that came originally,
much of it from 35 years of the work, medical medium information, going all the way back 35
years, teaching the small health movement at the time, all this information, lots of it.
And so you're taking some of those tidbits and those things, you know, those good pieces, right?
And you're keeping your hypothyroid at bay.
Meanwhile, they're going to tell you you can do your caffeine.
They're going to tell you you can do your chocolate.
You can do your ACV.
You can do your nutritional yeast.
You can do all these things.
And that's bad for your hypothyroid.
But meanwhile, they all think they're geniuses when they don't know why you have hypothyroid.
I'm just being straight up.
Like, let's just have it out.
Let's just put it out there.
The end, like, truth about it.
they don't know why you have hypothyroid. So why would they even know other than that? I mean,
it's crazy. So, but they'll keep you on the meds. You'll have, you'll have to be on your thyroid
meds forever with your, with your hypothyroid. And they'll tell you not to eat something that's
helpful for your hypothyroid. And that's usually how it works. And they don't know why your
hypothyroid stays hypo for years and you have to stay on medication for years and years and years,
but they'll be quick to tell you what food to stay away from. Very interesting. Meanwhile,
Now, we can say, hey, you know, A.W., what do you know?
You know, well, millions have healed around the world with this information.
The street cred is there.
I'm just saying.
I'm just being straight up about it.
The street cred is there.
Thousands and thousands of doctors use the medical meeting books in their practices now.
Patients bring them all around the world into the doctor's offices.
And it's the number one selling books in health worldwide, running seven years now over any others.
So this it's really cool.
So anyway, Jacob says thyroid healing saved me.
Awesome. I'm glad you're I'm glad you're using it.
Incredible. So you guys, I'm going to start filling in my little cabbage cups
right here. I'm going to put tomato in here to start.
All right. So I'm going to put a little tomato in here.
I'm going to dice up some red onion, too.
So let's get some tomato in there.
Put a little bit more in there, too, if you want.
I'm going to put a little bit more.
What about raw cacao?
Same thing.
Cooked raw, all the same.
Look, you guys, I'm not trying to be like a downer.
Hey, don't do your chocolate, don't have fun, don't do whatever.
It's not it.
It's just that if you're sick and you need an edge, if you're suffering with a symptom
or condition and you're struggling, and that means a lot, right?
If you're sick, if you're struggling, if you're down and out, don't you want every edge you can get?
So I'm not trying to be the food police.
I'm not trying to be the downer about it all.
It's just that it's hard when you'll hear out there in social media and everywhere.
You'll hear your doctor's offices, everything that I have doctors call me every day about it and be like,
look, a patient's coming in, they're losing hair.
What do you think it is?
Just get them off the caffeine.
And I'm like, well, I thought cacao was good for people.
It's not.
That's your hair loss for women.
It depletes a specific adrenal hormone, a compound in the adrenals, so that women lose their hair.
And they're not supposed to lose it.
Women aren't like men.
They're not supposed to lose their hair.
But they do because of the caffeine.
And the caffeine industry wants you hooked on cacao, wants you hooked on the drugs.
That's what it is.
But it's like, yeah, you can eat it.
yeah, if your life is going good, you feel good, you got nothing wrong with you and you don't
really care about symptoms or anything like that. You don't care about hair loss 10 years down the
road or two years down the road or hair thinning. Yeah, you can have the cacao, but yeah, you know,
it's just, it's just, you know, and here's the thing with dark chocolate. You'll hear, well,
dark chocolate's even better for you. Uh, that's funny because it's worse for you. The darker the
chocolate, the more concentrated the caffeine, because the caffeine is the killer. Caffeine is
the youth robber. I'm letting you know. It's the youth bank robber is what it is. You want to age
faster, caffeine gets you there. If you want all those sunspots all over your face and you got to
go and get them lasered off, if you want all the sunspots, if you want all these crazy moles growing
all over your body, if you want like skin tags growing on your body, caffeine is going to get
you there fast. So that means when you're 33 and now you're 34 and then you get all these sunspots
everywhere on your face and you got to put makeup to hide it and you got to go and get it lasered.
That's caffeine talking. And, and you know, and some people it's, it's, and that's chocolate and
caffeine. That's all that talking. And some people don't need a lot of caffeine in order to make that
happen. Some people just need a good year of it. Some chocolate bars here and there and boom,
they start getting their sunspots. But the dark chocolate is actually just worse because it's
more concentrated caffeine. So you'll hear, Oh, it's better for you. It's better for you from a
whole bunch of people that don't know why anybody's sick. And that's, that's, we get in trouble. Um,
so I got some tomato in here. So I'm making these right here. Look, I, I don't have anything to gain
with this news drop on you guys. Nothing to gain. Okay. But a lot of flack. All right. So I'm just
letting you know because nobody nobody people don't have the balls to say get off that matcha
tea get off that chocolate you just you've all the podcast doctors to be like oh it's so good for you
drink your matcha tea very good for you they don't know why anybody's sick but drink your matcha tea
you know they don't have the balls to actually protect people you've got to have some balls to
protect people okay you have to so grow some balls and protect people that's what they should be doing
out there. And it doesn't matter if you get somebody upset. It doesn't matter if the caffeine
industry wants to take you out. It doesn't matter if the caffeine industry who enslaves women with
caffeine. It doesn't matter if they don't like you. You just got to protect people. You got to
tell them like it is no matter what. All right, I'm chopping up, dicing up some onion right here.
Look, you might be somebody, I like onion, so I'm putting a little extra in here, but you might
somebody that doesn't like onion. So I got a little extra red onion right there.
So that's it there. I'm going to chop up some, dice up thinly, dice up some avocado right here.
So cutting this avocado as we speak. I'm going to do some red bell pepper in a minute too.
Maybe I'll do the red bell pepper first. Look at these red bell peppers.
You guys haven't done 10,000 red bell peppers, right? But yeah, we go through life and we do
10,000 chickens.
I thought it was in moderation.
Think about that one.
So I'm going to chop.
I'm going to thinly.
Here's what I do with red red bell peppers.
OK, you see the top.
I slice the top like this.
Right.
So I just slice the top like this
so you can just pull that out.
Watch. Right.
That comes out.
So that you guys discard that.
You can use this.
Isn't that cool?
So you got that right there.
And then I take the inside out by just taking my hand, one shot, and I take the inside out.
And that's it.
See?
Isn't that great?
I'm going to put that over here.
Now I'm going to slice this up, thinly slice it.
So I cut it in half like that.
It's simple.
It's really great.
Move this over here.
this over here. I'm going to thinly slice up some red bell pepper.
Okay. Got some pieces here,
but look, it's nobody's fault.
You know, the caffeine industry needs money and they need to make sure that women
are hooked on to caffeine for a lifetime.
So you better drink your coffee for a whole lifetime and better go into your
coffee shops for a lifetime. That's what they want.
Now that's because they make the money. It's not a million dollar industry. It's
not a billion dollar industry. It's a trillion dollar industry. I got the red
bell pepper in here. I got the little bits of onion in here. I got the tomatoes in
there. So you can mix it up too. Okay. If you want, you can mix it up. I'm going to
do a little mix and take a little spoon and mix it up a little bit. I mean, this
This is just a fun little healing meal, which I really love.
The funny thing is people drink more caffeine or consume more caffeine in multiple ways
than they do anything else.
But that doesn't get the blame when they're sick.
You know what gets the blame? A lemon.
Oh, you're doing too much lemon. That's why you're sick.
It's not the 20,000 caffeine drinks and chocolate bars and cacao nibs that you put in your life
your life and all that caffeine you've been jacked up on and high on, burning out your
neurotransmitters, burning out your adrenals, aging you fast, giving you sunspots, making
your skin sag, aging everything, robbing you of collagen, all of that stuff. No, it's not
that. It's not the caffeine. It's the lemon that's bad for you. Try not to drink any lemon
water. My handful today, there's the red cabbage. I got the onion in there. Okay. And that caffeine
will burn in your liver.
Caffeine will burn in your liver.
Knock that liver out.
Let's do a little
caffeine-free avocado.
Okay?
And it pulls minerals out of you,
out of your bones.
Caffeine ages you quick.
You get the osteopenia
from years of caffeine.
You do 20 years of caffeine
and your bones get brittle.
They get brittle.
It robs all the calcium
out of your bones.
And caffeine industry doesn't care.
It's an evil monster
that just wants to devour women's souls
because it wants to own your soul
because you're addicted
and you can't break it.
You can't break it.
Men too.
Men too, right?
I'm going to just do this kind of thing here
where I'm doing these little slices
in this avocado right here.
You guys see that avocado?
Do you like this?
Look, real truth
and then just fake truth. Okay.
Real truth.
Never easy to hear.
Never easy to hear.
Um, I got that.
I'm going to take a spoon.
And when I'm doing this, all those little pieces,
they're all kind of falling apart right there.
Okay. I'm going to put them on here.
Just little pieces on here.
Now you can use a whole half an avocado because this,
or you can use a quarter of an avocado.
But I'm just getting these little pieces on here.
There we go.
I'm going to get a little cilantro, quarter cup of cilantro chopped up.
You know, you don't have to chop it finely.
It doesn't have to be perfectly, you know, chopped up like fine.
Getting the red bell peppers.
I'm mixing this up so the avocados, the avocado pieces are on there.
Look at that.
It's just so pretty.
so what i'm going to do now is chop up some cilantro
how much cilantro have you done right how much cilantro have you done in your lifetime
that's what i want to know
right you can do 5 000 pounds of cheese in your lifetime right easy 5 000 pounds of cheese you
call that moderation. But what about cilantro? How much cilantro have you done? Chopping up about a
quarter cup here. All right. That's what I mean. So you guys, I got a little bit of the cilantro
I'm going to put on top. You don't have to put a lot, but see, I like using cilantro as a leafy
green, a leafy green. Now you guys, I'm going to give you a little insider info on the leafy green
scenario. Okay. There's a difference between eating leafy greens as a food group, eating it as a food
group. There's a big difference with that. Okay. Like the spinach soup where you're doing cups and
cups of it and blending it up. And that's the medical medium spinach soup. See, no one knew to
eat it in that way years ago. And I know that gets some people upset. They'll be like, I've heard
about leafy greens? Well, there was the iceberg lettuce and romaine lettuce. That's what people
ate. And that's what they ate 35 years ago. And 30, 35 years ago, it was iceberg and it was romaine
lettuce. And it was a handful on the side of a meal, you know, or a little salad or a side salad.
If someone was into health, they would eat a little bit more iceberg lettuce or romaine, right?
Maybe a little spinach, but it'd be some few spinach leaves. Someone get a container of spinach
or a bag of spinach, and they would have a little bit of spinach, right, in a salad. But I'm talking
about using it as an actual food group, leafy greens. That was not in anybody's vocabulary
years ago. It took a lot of years to teach people about that. I know a couple of you are like,
wait a minute, I've heard about leafy greens. I've been in the health realm. Well, it's funny because,
okay, I can go back to 20 years ago. I can go back to 25 years ago, and the people in the health
realm that are still around now, they didn't even know leafy greens existed. They knew mustard greens
existed. They knew radish greens existed. They didn't know it could be consumed as a medicine,
as a food group, and a larger amount of it. So if someone had mixed greens,
that's a big difference between actually doing leafy greens as a food group, doing large amounts
of it for their mineral salts. And that's medical medium information. So it's not like, oh, I started
leafy greens. What is he crazy? What do you mean? Everybody was eating greens. No, they still don't
even do it now. People don't do it now. I'm talking about anywhere from fruitarians to vegetarians,
to macrobiotic people, um, blood type people. I don't care. Whatever it is, diet you subscribe
to Mediterranean diet, leafy greens weren't a big aspect of that meal. It wasn't like lots of
spinach. It wasn't salads of all of that, you know? And when I pushed the kale, the whole kale
thing really hard back in 2000, really hard, lectured about it, taught about it. It eventually
spawned it on in LA because that's what it did. I taught it to celebrities. I taught it who's who.
I did, I lectured about it, all about kale, all about the benefits, all about kale as a leafy
green. It started a movement just like you see celery juice now, like the same way medical
medium information started the celery juice movement. I started the kale movement too.
So that became then kale chips and everything else. And it was a lot of work. It was a lot
of teaching. It was talking to thousands of people, talking to thousands of doctors,
talking to celebrities, talking to celebrities in LA, talking to New York, and teaching them
about the kale. And that finally spawned on the whole kale push. This like medical medium
information spawned on and pushed the whole celery juice movement. So it's not like,
it's not like I didn't create a leafy green. No, not at all. Okay. They were there,
but instead of having one dandelion green or a little bit of cilantro or a mixed salad with a
few things in it and a little parsley, what I was teaching people and so I'm doing now you guys
every day is use it as medicine and have a lot of it. Put it in the heavy metal detox smoothie,
a nice big hunk of it.
Have it on, make a salad out of the leafy greens,
but really, really use them if you can.
And I know some people say, I can't eat leafy greens.
I can't eat raw food.
I can't eat salads.
You'll see people say that, right?
And I understand because their insides are sensitive
because they're inflamed.
So when a leafy green starts to massage your intestinal tract
and starts to move through you,
It rubs inflamed intestinal linings.
And when it does that, you feel it.
So then you're like, whoa, I can't do a leafy green.
I can't do lettuce, meaning I can't do spinach.
I can't do cilantro.
I can't do a lot of parsley.
And what's really happening is it's massaging your inflamed intestinal lining
that's inflamed from bugs and streptococcus E. coli and staph and everything else and C. diff.
and, you know, and microorganisms that aren't good, but it's inflamed at viruses. They inflame
the intestinal tract, like colitis, IBS, the streptococcus, and then the greens move through
and they start rubbing. And that's what happens. And you feel it and you think I'm not digesting
this green. I'm not digesting it, but you are digesting it. Okay. You guys, I got this all set
right here, this one, and I'm going to make the sauce too. Right. So I got these others right here,
but I'm going to get some sauce going. So in the sauce,
we're going to put some lime in here. Right.
And still to this day, there's people in health,
they've been in it for a few years now, four or five years.
They still don't understand leafy green as a medicine.
They still don't really catch that. They still don't get that. It's,
it's funny how it is. So I'm going to take the pits out of these dates. Okay.
So I'm going to do two dates in here. So these are medjool dates.
And those are the same people in the industry that like moderation,
make sure you have 5,000 pounds of cheese in a lifetime, 10,000 chickens, 20,000 eggs,
but stay away from red bell pepper because it might get your RA inflamed.
Disinformation. All right. So we got that in here. You guys, I'm going to put a little ginger in here.
Okay. So I'm going to do that too. Let's do the lime first. We'll put some lime juice,
two tablespoons of lime juice.
what I love about medical medium information as far as in the food realm, okay, fruits,
leafy greens, herbs, wild foods, and vegetables. What I love about it, same thing with wild foods.
No one's playing around with wild foods. I put the wild blueberries on the map.
Had to, because it's about getting people better. It's about getting people better.
So what am I supposed to do?
You know, not do it.
I want to make sure everybody has an opportunity to heal, a way to heal.
These foods counter all the crap we're told to do and taught to eat that's not good for us.
These foods counter that.
That's what happens.
So I'm going to put some, I'm squeezing lime in here.
Keep that in mind.
It's countering it.
Marianne says colorful and good for you.
so i'm going to squeeze some lime in here um
limes are hard to squeeze because they're they get slippery a little bit
they're small so you could use a citrus reamer if you want right you can do that
you guys you know a lot of people have ocd okay and what i like about this
meals. It's helpful for OCD because you got the cilantro in there. It's one of the reasons it's,
it's helpful for it. Cause of OCD is toxic, heavy metals. That's caused mercury, aluminum,
especially mercury. That's the cause of OCD, right? So the thing is with OCD is
that people don't know what causes it. They just don't know. And, but when you do know,
you can do something about it. People who use medical need of information to heal their OCD
actually heal their OCD. Thousands of people, thousands have, okay? Because it's getting the
toxic heavy metals out. Why does the toxic heavy metal cause OCD? Same thing with PTSD. It could
be part of, not, it's not the total cause of PTSD. It's not. It can be partial though to make PTSD
worse if you've got toxic heavy metals. So when you go through an experience that's really hard,
an emotional experience, betrayal, trust, or anything, right?
And then you've got toxic heavy metals to boot with it.
It makes PTSD even more vicious.
Fragrances have toxic heavy metals in them.
It vaporizes in there.
When you burn your scented candles, you're actually, I put the lime in there,
you're actually breathing in toxic heavy metals from your scented candles
and your air fresheners and your fabric softeners, all the petrochemicals.
There's metals in that petrochemical.
I'm going to put some diced mango in here too.
So I'm going to get the mango going.
This is in the sauce, the ginger sauce.
So I put two tablespoons of lime in there about.
I'm going to get some mango in here.
about a cup of mango I'm going to do. I'm going to do a little bit more.
So if anybody has OCD, there's a way to get better. You can heal your OCD. Yes, you can.
There's a way to heal it.
Got to get the toxic heavy metals. That's why I'm always talking about the heavy metal detox smoothie,
medical medium heavy metal detox smoothie. Got to use the right things in there though.
If you don't do the heavy metal detox smoothie correctly with the right products,
there's products that won't work and there's products that do work.
I'm getting some mango in here, got a cup. Okay. So we got that in there. I'm going to add a little
bit of water in here. Okay. Just a little bit. Okay. I'm going to put some ginger in here.
So this is the mango ginger sauce. You don't need a lot of ginger,
about a half an inch. This is about an inch, but I'm going to cut it back a little bit. Okay.
And I'm just peeling the skin off of this one for this. You know, when you make soups,
like the medical medium healing broth or something, you can keep the skin on the ginger.
You don't have to take it off if you don't want to. Just letting you know. So I'm going to pop this in
there. This is going to taste really good. I'm going to put a half a teaspoon or a quarter teaspoon
to half a teaspoon of red bell pepper flakes right here. So I got that in the sauce. There you go.
That might've been a little bit more. That sucker is going to be a hot sauce now.
I think I just made a hot sauce. I put a little extra in there. Okay.
So I think that's everything in here. I'm pretty sure that's the, that's the, that's the sauce. So
okay. And so I got the dates in there. Yep. Got everything in there. So I'm going to spin this.
this if you guys got a second
so
The upset stomach, when you get sensitive stomach, it's the sensitive nerves in the stomach.
So you've got to keep that in mind.
So different foods are going to trigger it all the time, especially if they're rubbing
on the sensitive nerves.
Some foods won't trigger it.
You can eat an egg.
If you've got sensitive nerves in the stomach and intestinal tract, you can eat an egg.
You can eat cheese.
And you'll be like, that went down fine.
That feels good.
But that turns into a glue that sits in the middle and doesn't rub the sides of an irritated nerve lining on your stomach or duodenum, small intestinal tract.
But what happens is you put some raw foods in there.
You put some of that.
You put some leafy greens.
You put some fruit in there.
it's gonna massage that's what it's gonna do and if you got sensitive nerves because they've been
inflamed you're gonna feel it and then you're gonna think whoa this is getting me upset it's
getting me up getting my stomach upset or something but we have a lot of rotting proteins all along our
intestinal tract lining throughout the years rancid fats it's hiding all these kind of bugs in there
all of that um but we easily get thrown off with things i'm gonna put this on i'm gonna put this in
here. This is the mango ginger, mango sauce. This is going to be really good.
So that's the sauce right there. I don't know if you guys can see it.
And
there you go.
But when you're doing so, here's how it works. When you got the sensitive nerves in your stomach,
when you got the sensitive nerves in your intestinal tract, your duodenum, right?
I'm going to put the sauce right on top of...
A little bit on top.
So that's the taco right there.
There it is.
Got the avocado pieces there.
Got the tomato pieces.
Got the...
I'm going to make a couple more real quick, you guys.
So let me dice up some more tomato.
So when you have the sensitive intestinal tract lining from viruses, neurotoxins, even dermatoxins, right?
All from the viruses, medical medium information I've been teaching for years, right?
When you have that, when you start eating some raw foods, you might get sensitive,
but yet you feel good when you eat an egg because the egg's not rubbing.
It's not touching anything.
It just becomes glue.
But here's the problem.
And what that egg does is it feeds the very thing that made your nerves sensitive.
Your vagus nerve, something I've been teaching about for over 30 years,
your vagus nerve gets inflamed from Epstein-Barr and the shingles viruses.
And when that vagus nerve gets inflamed, you guys, you're going to feel sensitive in your gut.
You're going to feel gut sensitivities in there.
You're going to feel them, very possibly feel them.
So only thing that feels good is bread and butter.
Bread and butter feels good going down.
You can eat all this bread and butter and it feels good,
but that bread and butter is not going to heal you.
It's not going to heal the problem.
It's going to feel good going down in the moment, that bread and butter,
but it's not going to heal the problem.
You know, that rice might feel good going down.
Not going to heal the problem.
Rice doesn't heal the problem.
So that's why healing foods are so important.
If you can't do healing foods, you try to get some supplements
in like some of the protocols I talk about.
So that's another thing too.
I'm going to make a few of these real quick.
If you're super sensitive,
you can always do mono eating,
like the medical medium mono eating cleanse
and cleanse to heal.
I got the book right behind me, you guys.
I don't know if you could see that.
So I'm getting some tomato in here.
So that's where we get tricked too
with these gut sensitivities,
where we feel it.
We feel the food massaging as it's going down.
and we don't know our vagus nerves hypersensitive.
All the nerve endings in the intestinal tract
duodenum are hypersensitive.
We don't know that.
Put some red bell pepper in here.
I can't wait to eat these.
Get some red bell peppers in here.
Make next one.
Look at that, huh?
I'm going to get a little red onion in here.
Thinly slice.
Look, red onion can be really intense.
It can.
If you're somebody that just doesn't want the onion for some reason,
keep the onion out.
Keep it out.
It's okay if you do that.
It's all right.
What book do you recommend?
May Dad says to start with.
I'd start with Cleanse to Heal,
And then when the revised and expanded, probably focus on that one too.
Both those great companion book, the revised and expanded new edition,
medical medium book one.
I'm making that dish right now.
You guys that's in here.
Link is in the description that that books will blow.
This book will blow your mind.
There's an angel chapter in here below your mind meditation chapter.
It's a mind blower.
It really is.
I'm just being straight up about it.
I'm going to do some avocado.
I like the avocado when it's not super soft.
That's just my liking.
Okay.
I don't know how you guys feel, but I don't like the avocados mushy.
Where they're so mushy and so super soft.
I really don't like that, personally.
I like it when they're firm.
Like, that's really the best way to do it.
All right.
Put that in there.
I'm going to put a little cilantro on here.
A little cilantro on top, making three of them.
And you can mix that up and do a little mix up in here.
I'm going to mix it up a little bit.
I don't know if you guys can see it.
Mix that up a little bit.
So if you guys just got on here, you should go back to the beginning of this.
and some moderation stuff.
It's kind of interesting, right?
Don't you think?
Put a little mango sauce on here.
Ginger mango sauce.
I'm going to put a little touch of it on top.
Like that.
I'm going to mix it up a little bit.
And I don't think I forgot anything right there,
but what you guys are looking at,
if it doesn't fall off because I'm angling it down,
is you're looking at three red cabbage tacos with mango ginger sauce. And I'm totally pumped.
Can't wait to eat these. I'm really psyched. But you know what, you guys, I'm going to make them
all over again on IG and TikTok. So that's what I'm going to do, letting you guys know.
So I'm going to go live on there. Look, I love you guys. And, um, you know, this is fun because
we're eating foods to actually heal our problems. We're using foods as medicine, but for real.
Not just talking about it, not just playing around with cacao, calling it plant medicine
when it doesn't heal anything. We're using food as medicine. That's the key.
Marcus, good question. Marcus Mark, is that meal not a little low in calories? Glucose
need a lot more calories. Can you add some bananas or what you want to add? Okay. So check this out,
right? Where's the calories in this? You get a little bit of glucose from the red bell pepper,
a little bit of glucose from the tomatoes, right? You get the glucose from the mango. Okay. And this
doesn't have to be a dinner. Like if you need more than this, totally fine. Plus you got a little bit
of avocado, which does have sugar in it. And then you got the dates in the sauce, make yourself a
bigger portion, maybe do a couple of more, a couple more, maybe two more. Okay. There's three here.
And in the end, you might have a couple of mangoes involved, invested in this. You might have a whole
red bell pepper. You might have a whole avocado invested in this, you know, cause you're doing
more, but you can do that. And then you can add, you know, you got more dates in there. So the
glucose is there and yeah, you can put banana in this dish. Absolutely. And if I was over your
house and you made the dish, okay, and you put banana in it, I'd be like, okay. But I would say,
you know, and like I've been saying for 35 years, you don't need to have, you know, you don't need
to have banana on this with tomato or anything. But anyway, you guys, here's the deal. What I
would do is I would add a little bit more mango, add a little bit more of what's here, but either
way. This is a great meal. And you can always do, if you're really hungry and you love the
different recipes, you could do another recipe after this later on in the day. But you know,
what's funny is everybody is intermittent fasting now. They starve themselves all day,
keep themselves jacked up on caffeine, and then they eat something really greasy or fatty at the
end of the day, or just something fat-based at the end of the day. I'd rather be nibbling on
these babies all day so your adrenals don't burn out, so you don't burn out your stomach glands,
so you don't have to rely on caffeine all day.
This would be a great food for lunch.
Anyway, love you guys.
I'm heading off, going to IG, going to make it again,
talk about some cool stuff.
Love you guys.
